I'm glad you rested. I am still learning to REST when I need it and not keep going and over extending. It's an intresting blance between rest and activity. But I find that if I can rest when I need it then I can exercise more energetically becuase I AM rested. :)
Well, it rained and I still seriously felt the urge to walk to the park and shoot hoops.
Changes in my diet made me lay down to settle out and I probably needed the sleep.
Hoop Session One within the next two days!
