All About WOW, Trainers,Schedule, and Pictures

About WOW

These groups were developed to encourage women to look beyond traditional aerobic type sessions.  In WOW sessions women weight train in an effort to more efficiently burn fat, gain strength and develop a more streamlined physique. Whether you have had little or no experience in the weight room or you just need someone to help you take your strength training to a new level…WOW could be the answer.

So excited to announce that WOW training has become so popular that we now have 3 trainers and more sessions than ever!!
