Bootcamp is one of the more daunting programs that I have ever organized...the name alone instills terror in my population. But it is also one of the most successful and longest running programs. The best thing about boot camp is the marked improvements from day 1 - day 12...and all with very little equipment. Thing is - ANYONE can do a bootcamp...grab a few bands, wrap them around your neck and get outside...start running (or walking) set up a time limit...10 minutes...then work biceps and triceps...10 minutes and then do shoulders...you get the idea. The interval training of that kind of routine helps stave boredom, reduces injuries from running and so much more! Please let me know if any of you have any other questions.
