Take the Crystal Light Flavor Over Fizz Challenge

After you’ve finished a great workout, you feel that you’ve accomplished something – burned calories, got your sweat on and checked off a “To Do.” The last thing you want to do is add empty calories back into your body. But your body is craving liquid to quench that thirst.

You should opt for something that’s low in sugar and calories. Water is my first choice, but let’s face it, you need variety. So why not try some of the great new flavors from Crystal Light instead of reaching for a drink that’s going to derail all your hard work.

They’ve actually made it pretty east to turn your regular water bottle into a tasty, after-workout drink. They have these flavor packets that you can just pour into your water bottle. My husband and I like to take them with us to the gym. We drink water during the workout, but use the packets afterwards for a different taste.

Crystal Light sent me some samples, but don’t tell them, I’ve used the product for years! It’s a great alternative to bottled, sugary drinks.
