I play womens rugby for the university, its really fun but after every training session I'm aching all over. We do warming up and cooling down exercises. Can I take any supplements or do anything to help with the aftermath?
Are you doing any stretching? I would do stretching after your training sessions, and that should help with the aching. Water also helps with muscle soreness.
Where is the aching? Your whole body? Just certain parts of your body? One supplement that I recommend to all my clients is fish oil. Its not only good for your joints, but has many other benefits for you body as well!
