Would love some advice on how to stay motivated to get to the gym once a week. I find I have trouble after about the third week in January :)
My gym does have TVs but my favorite shows are never on so early in the day.
I feel the same way half of the time, but what keeps me motivated is looking a picture of a person with the body I want to have before I go to the gym. Trust me it works wonders. Inspiration is the only way I make it!
