Ok..today is my BIRTHDAY!!! I am …36 years young!! And for my birthday, I want THAT body! LOL
Her abs are perfect! I would not want any more definition that that! THAT is what my abs will look like on September 30th! (Hows that for positive thinking? )
So, since it is my birthday, I decided to give you all an ab circuit to help you achieve abs like THAT!
Don’t forget though, that its not only the ab workouts that will help you get abs like that, but nutrition plays a HUGE part in it also!

Now for your Ab Circuit!
You will go through each exercise, rest at the end for 30 seconds and repeat 4x.
1. Crunches on Stability Ball x 15
2. Cross Body Mountain climber x 20
3. Reverse Crunch with Stability Ball x 15
4. Plank x hold for 60 seconds
