An example of a strip set 1.) Using the leg press, select and lift a weight (100 lbs.) that you can only do 12 times. 2.) When you get to 12, rack the weight and immediately strip off some of the weight (now 80 lbs.) and without resting perform another set - aim for 10 repetitions 3.) Repeat stripping more weight off (now 60 lbs.) when you complete the 10 reps and without resting, now aim for 8 reps 4.) Stop and rest Final notes:
