You may have noticed that there is no day #7 posting. It was not labeled that way but the last post, "Are you Smarter than a Trainer", was day #7.
It is day #8 and the beginning of my second week.
Week #1 went well and I stuck to my plan for the most part. I missed my goal of 6 hours of cardio - only 4.75 hrs. total for the week - and my average calories and protein were below my targets.
