6 WeeK Fitness Challenge: Day #22 - How Much Exercise?

I started the day off with 45 minutes of exercise and added another 30 minutes at the end of the day. For the bulk of my exercise routine I like to keep my HR below 75% of Max, thus allowing me to put in more time without fatigue and enable a quicker recovery. Strength training sessions are a different matter all together. So how much exercise is enough to lose weight? I know what works for me,
