50 crunches will defenitley develop your abdominals, but as far as seeing them, i'm not so sure. I've tried that, plus running for an hour straight 5 times a week for 4 weeks...doesn't work either. Abs comes from a diet high in protein and "good" carbs and low in fat. With some cardio to really boost up the metabolism so that fat melts off. It takes some discipline, but the rewards are well worth it. :) Good Luck, let me know if you need any tips!
