Oh people, you know I love me some acronyms. 

Sure, I could give you the boring list, but it’s simply not the way I roll.

My four tips for fighting the frazzle are contained in the acronym E.A.T.S.

E.A.T.S. is the way I mitigate my holiday stress & an easy way for us all to remember— even in the stress of the holiday moment—-four key strategies for success.
