3 Superset Workouts to Get Ready for the Spring

Well, the weather is a bit strange. We don't know when Spring time is going to come around, especially here in New York. On March 2nd, just when I was about ready to start training outside again, there was a huge snowstorm.

When the weather finally gets better, you want to look your best. The following are 3 intense bodyweight superset workouts to help you get ready for the spring:

Workout #1:

4 rounds for time of:
  • Mixed Grip Chin, 12 reps
  • Incline Pushups, 25 reps

Workout #2:

1 rounds for time of:
  • Bodyweight Squat, 200 reps
  • Pushups, 100 reps

Workout #3:

2 rounds for time of:
  • Spiderman Pushups, 25 reps
  • Pullups, 25 reps
