3 secrets to build muscle and burn fat



I've wanted to write this email for a long time but I never could

do it. Today I'm going to tell you a story about how I solved

the problem of building muscle and not getting a stomach in the

process. I'm going to even throw in a sample Physique Formula

workout at the end.



I want to think back to December of 1999. I was being interviewed

by a local TV studio after a basketball game. They were asking me

the usual questions about the game, how I thought we played and

how we made a mid-season turn around to make the conference and

state tournament(which we got all the way to the finals as a # 24

seed).



Like anyone, I was excited to see myself on tv so I immediately

went home and watched the broadcast. I was embarrassed at how bad

I looked. It was winter time and I obviously had a sweater on

post-game but my stomach was noticeably huge. How could it be?

Fast forward a few years to my bodybuilding years.



"Eat big to get big" is all I heard from anyone so I did.



"Bulk in the winter and cut in the summer" is all I heard from

anyone so I did.



"Eat a lot in the winter and do a lot of cardio in the summer" is

all I heard from anyone so I did.



My arms got big in the winter but my stomach got bigger.



My stomach got small in the summer but my arms got smaller.



I was "skinny-fat".



I knew I needed a way out. I went to college and slaved for

hours in the labs studying how the human body built muscle and

burned fat.



I saw that bodybuilding workouts weren't the best way. I was so

busy with school that I had no choice but to take the precious few

minutes that I had each day to get a effective workout.



I still wanted muscular arms though.



So I did multi-muscle movements with some curls thrown in and I

started seeing results in the time I had.



I used different nutrition methods to build muscle and stay lean.



Muscle just started appearing everywhere on me thanks to

workouts like this.
