Working out is great for your body and mind, but in order to keep your heart healthy, fiber has to be part of your everyday routine. In fact, getting the recommended 25 grams of fiber in your daily routine can help you stay full, lower cholesterol and generally make your visits to the bathroom more comfortable. One good way to get your daily dose is by drinking a “cholesterol-busting” smoothie each morning, which includes a hint of Metamucil. These fiber smoothie recipes are healthy, fill you up and are a great way to start your day!
