To help motivate you all and in an effort to meet some of you, please join us for a Fun 1 mile Run and Run/Walk on Saturday Nov 7th at 10:30 am. I will be doing free running evaluations for anyone interested. Plus the run will be followed by a 30-min abs and stretch class taught by me at Crunch Fitness .AND, all who attend will receive free gym guest passes, and maybe some other cool giveaways.Hey, it's a win-win situation!
