100 Rep Giant Set Training, by Mike Westerdal

  • stairs, 50 stories climbed
PM
  • speed bench, 9x3 @50% raw max weight plus bands
  • pull-ups, 9x5-8, one set between each set of bench press
  • lying barbell pull over and press 4 x 6-8
  • chin-ups, 4 x 5, one set between each set of pull overs
  • clubbell stuff
    • 4 exercises, not really sure of the names of them done in circuit fashion as a finisher
The pull over and press is a man maker. It will build your triceps, lats, serratus tendons, shoulders and chest. It will also give your shoulder joints some much needed mobility work. Start light!








There are a ton of exercises you can do with clubbells. I highly recommend getting your soon to be stronger hands on some.
