I know how you feel going from such an active life style to struggling to find time to exercise and eat well. Twenty four hours in a day are just not enough to juggle work, commute, family, friends, and all the worldly obligations.
I too am trying to regain some control over personal fitness and am on a constant mission to look for healthy/nutritious foods and recipies. There is so much information and misinformation out there. This bewell community has some great articles on health, fitness, nutrition etc.
Logging my activities/goals are serving as good motivators (along with a pedometer).
