I'm a full time student. I love to exercise: yoga, strength training, running, swimming, surfing and going to the gym. My only problem is that I also love eating, more than I need to. My goal is to be ridiculously healthy, i want to be strong, not skinny. i want to give my body everything it needs to be its best, i don't want to fill it with all those delicious but harmful foods and i dont want to starve it--ever. My name is Mary.  I'm the moderator for the Wellsphere weight loss community.  Thanks for joining us.  I know the fight to lose weight and keep it off is a tough one.
