I am a single mom to 3 under the age of 12 as well as being  a student and a substitute lunch lady in the local school system (great pay and awesome hrs!).  I work just about everyday that school is in session so I do not have much down time.  When I am not at work I am either doing homework/class or running with the kids.  We do not eat on the go very much but I do need to get out and exercise more.
