Find an A.R.T. practitioner. I have been using this technique and if you are an athlete you need to hook yourself up with a therapist who does this. I recently treated a football player with a seperated shoulder and within 1 week he had full range of motion. After 3 weeks he is completely pain free. We are starting some basic strengthening exercises to get him ready for wrestling. Google Active Release Techniques and go to Find a Provider. You will be amazed.
