I was diagnosed with Sjogren's syndrome in February 2009.  I was also found to have stage 3 chronic kidney disease, distal renal tubular acidosis, bilateral nephrocalcinosis, and interstitial nephritis caused by the Sjogren's syndrome.  I am taking CellCept to manage the inflammation in my kidneys.  As of 4/27/09 my creatinine is 1.5, my nephrologist thinks that is as good as it's going to get, and my GFR is 41.  He is optimistic that I can stay at this level for 20-25...
