my wife had a brain bleed a little over a year ago, and suffers seizures only after her menastration, sometimes she only feels like she's going to have them, but sometimes she actually have the seizures. The doctors have her taking Keppra twice daily at 500 milligrams each dose. What can we do to lower her risk of having a seizure. thank you
