OUT OF CONTROL AT AGE 54: ONE PHYSICAL CHANGE FOR AN EPILEPTIC CAN CAUSE HAVOC

In October and December, I was hospitalized twice with hyponatremia and SIDAH. I was taken off my Trileptal and placed on Keppra. Keppra caused me to very disoriented to life. Then I was placed on a medicine known as Lamictal. I made disoriented, tired, groggy, double vision, extreme pressure on my head, and the left side of my face, eye, and lip to go numb. Now I am on a medicine known as Vimpat. I am more alert on this medicine. My memory issues are less than when I was on Keppra or Lamictal. I was high functioning for 28 years with a good long term job. Now I can hardly function through a partial day of my life.
