My brother and I rescued a Cardigan Welsh Corgi form a shelter a little over a month ago. After doing some research, many of the symptoms she is showing point towards Canine Distemper.
Here is a quick list of her symptoms:
Seizures in the cranial area that looks like hiccups but never stop
The teeth seem to be clacking together during the seizures
Constant tension of the muscles that keep the jaw closed.
Depression/Lethargy
Lack of coordination
Hardening of the foot pads
Weakness, incredibly difficult time trying to clear a 4 inch obstacle or leaving her bed.
Now the following symptoms may be due to her inability to eat and drink:

Decreased appetite
Loss of 1.5 pounds
Dry nose for over a week
One Bowel movement every other day or less
Sleeps most of the day
Slight fever
