if u are suffering seizures is it considered as u a an epilepsy too???

because im suffering from seizures...the first doctor say it was an epilepsy with ouyt conducting any test..but when i went to a neurologist,he said i have a small enhansing nodule in my left brain thats y my right foot always cramps and it goes up to my body until i faint....whats ur opinion??
