headaches, nausea, and blurred vision. had tumor removed in Jan. same symptoms as then and i have epilepsy. what do i do?

im 25, in relitavely decent health. was diagnosed last october with a pituitary tumor. i have epilepsy and have been getting my seizures under control. recently my headaches and nausea have come back as have the seizures.
