Are migraines, head aches, and being constantly tired related to seizures. I suffer from grand mal seizures but don't have info

I was diagnosed an epileptic 11 yrs ago had 4 grand mal seizurez in a row.  I've had a few fainting spells in the shower which i believe were seizures also but that's about it i don't know an info on them i just know before i fall i get like a warning very nausiated loose conciousness than i fall....is that a sign also nausea
