Inner Circle and Update

Precision Nutrition has a great article discussing some of the current trends in dieting, including Paleo, Vegan, and intermittent fasting.  I enjoyed their overall recommendation!

Mike Robertson writes an excellent article on the latissimus.  This isn’t just your standard article on how to train the lats, this talks about the how and why the lats function.  Awesome.
