Your Lats and the Best Diet

Posted Jun 20 2013 6:00am

This week’s stuff you should read comes from Precision Nutrition and Mike Robertson.

Functional Stability Training for the Lower Body

If you were living in a cave this week, you may have missed that Eric Cressey and I released our highly anticipated next module in our Functional Stability Training series on the Lower Body.  I won’t elaborate much more here as I talked about it in detail earlier in the week .  I will just say that I think this is some of our best content yet, seriously.  FST for the Lower Body is on sale for the launch week so click the image below to learn more and get the discount before the price goes up at the end of the weekend.

Inner Circle and RehabWebinars.com Update

My next live Inner Circle webinar is next week, on Tuesday June 25th at 11:00 AM EST.  I will be talking about how and why I use muscle energy techniques.  This should be a good one, focusing on a technique instead of a pathology.  As always, if you miss the live webinar I’ll get the recording up ASAP.

It’s been a few weeks since I updated you on RehabWebinars.com.  Here are the latest webinars that have been published.  This website is just flat out awesome:

What is the Best Diet?

Precision Nutrition has a great article discussing some of the current trends in dieting, including Paleo, Vegan, and intermittent fasting.  I enjoyed their overall recommendation!

Lats: Friend or Foe?

Mike Robertson writes an excellent article on the latissimus.  This isn’t just your standard article on how to train the lats, this talks about the how and why the lats function.  Awesome.
