Ultimate Nutrition Prostar 100% whey review- Vanilla Creme
120 kcal, 2g carbohydrates,25g protein, 1g fat
Smell: 8/10 Really liked the smell, wasn't too strong.
Mixability: 10/10 Once again I used a blender, it mixed perfectly (with skimmed milk) in just a few secs.
Taste: 9/10 Loved the taste. Was sweet but not too strong. I am not sure which one I like best!
Digestibility: 9/10 Really easy to digest
Price: 9/10 very reasonable price for such a good protein! At Supplements Art you can get 5lb for 60euros (note for my followers from other countries, supplements in Cyprus are really overpriced, so yeap that is a great price!)
Overall 44/50! I had to take a point away because it didnt mix well with oatmeal. Made them a bit runny! This is definitely going to be my next tub (Unless chocolate tastes better, I ll let you know tomorrow)!
