Okay, I'm going public. As part of my quest for a sub-24 hour finish at Western States I'm going to post daily (or at least semi-daily) updates on my training. By putting it out there for all to see I'm hoping to force myself to stay on my training schedule.
So what did I do today? Nothing. Call it a rest day. Tomorrow I'm going to do 13+ miles of trail at a moderate pace. If I'm really good I'll also do 45 minutes of yoga in the evening. Stay tuned and we'll see how it goes.
