I'm hoping you wise ladies can help me out...is there a specific online training program that you use when training for a race (one that ideally could be printed off). For the past year I have used the one off of runnersworld.com and it has worked fine, but there are a few things that I don't like about it so I'm looking to use a new program....any suggestions?
