My time has come to start training for my half marathon! I have 14 weeks til April 18 and have not been running since November, so I'm hoping I'm not too out of shape to begin the traning plan I'm thinking to follow. This is my first time training for a half marathon, and even though I have done my research on training plans I thought I would stop by and ask the marathon mommies on any advise or recomdations for a training plan. Any favorites? and is anyone running the Salt Lake City half marathon?
