Run Down Crime 5K

ok...so it was only a 5K. But it felt like more than that to me! (and I thought I would be doing St. George this year...ha ha ha ) It was a great little race- on a golf course- and I was very impressed that they played the National Anthem before starting. I have done lots of races and don't remember that ever happening. Have you ever done a race where they did that? Let me know. It was inspiring, and I loved getting out and running a race again! It has been a while since I raced. It felt really good! yeah!
