Here are some quick tips on downhill running:

- Run light on your feet.
- Maintain an average stride – don’t over stride.
- Keep feet low to the ground.
- Let gravity pull you down the hill.
- Turnover of the feet will pick up.
- Try to glide (or coast) quickly down the hill.
