Hey you guys, A friend asked me a question about the sport jelly beans that I'm hoping you can help me with. She is running her first half marathon (Provo River) this saturday and hasn't used gels...etc. She is wondering about using the sport jelly beans and asked me how much she should take for the race. I have used the jelly beans a little but usually just use gels so I'm not sure how to answer her question and help her use them in the best way possible. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
