Psoas Release, PRP, and Green Tea

Posted Sep 22 2011 6:00am

This week’s stuff you should read comes from Erson Religioso, Sports Medicine Research, and Brian St. Pierre.

Psoas Release

Erson Religioso has a nice video demonstration of how he performs a psoas muscle release.  He explains it well and shows a couple of nice tidbits to maximize your results.

Systematic Review of PRP

Doesn’t seem like PRP is just getting more popular in the media yet studies continue to come out that show conflicting information?  Not sure about you guys but I would say I have seen more people that did not benefit than I have that did.

Green Tea or Coffee?

Brian St. Pierre writes up a quick article on the effect of too much coffee throughout the day and how to add a little green tea to your day.  Great tips and something I have been trying and enjoying since reading.  Thanks Brian!
