Neurokinetic Therapy, Strength Training Webinar, and SFMA Review

Posted Dec 05 2013 6:00am

This week’s Stuff You Should Read comes from David Weinstock, Jordan Syatt, and Dan Pope.

Inner Circle and RehabWebinars.com Updates

My last webinar on “ How to Integrate Corrective Exercises Into Rehabilitation and Performance ” is now recorded and available to watch.  This is a follow-up to last month’s webinar on  Why Corrective Exercises Don’t Always Work .  I’ll get a recording up ASAP some time next week.  Next month will be an evening live Q&A which is always fun, ask me anything!  It will be Monday December 17th at 8:30 PM EST.  Looking forward to this one.

RehabWebinars.com has a bunch of awesome new webinars coming up over the next few months.  Michael Mullin had part 1 of a webinar on Integrating Postural Restoration Institute Concepts into Training.  This was a great webinar and a great intro into the PRI concepts!  This week, David Weinstock, the developer of Neurokinetic Therapy, discusses some of the principles of NKT.

Free Webinar on the Beginners Guide to Strength Training

Jordan Syatt has a free 45-minute webinar available on the Beginners Guide to Strength Training.  He describes it as “everything you need to know to design an effective strength training program.”

Review of the SFMA Course

Dan Pope has a nice review of the SFMA Level 1 course.  He provides a lot of details and pros and cons of the seminar.
