My favorite things to do with a scoop of protein

I know for most of you having the same protein shake every day can get really boring! I usually have 2-3 scoops per day so I like to keep things interesting ;) These are my two favorite protein 'recipes'.

Proatmeal cookie
I have this almost every morning and cant seem to get bored of it. I cook/ microwave my oatmeal according to recipe and add a scoop of protein. My favorite is Gaspari Myofusion Vanilla

I then pop it into the microwave for 10 sec on high and add almond/ peanut butter, nuts, and fruits:)

Protein 'Brownie'

I seriously think I am addicted to this! I have this every night before bed and sometimes as an afternoon snack. It is a bit tricky to get it right, I had to throw a few protein scoops away to come up with the perfect consistency and time it needs in the microwave!!!

I use 1 scoop protein, 5-10g  nut butter and  1/4-1/3  cup water.

I then microwave it for 20-30 secs on medium and ...readyy. I then top it with more nut butter and nuts. It is a perfect pre-bed snack in order to ensure that you have enough protein (fat added slows the absorption of the protein) in your body during the night for your muscles to recover and grow!

I found that it works great with both Gaspari Myofusion and IntraPro and Scivation whey. I ve also tried using ON whey but it came out a bit 'rubbery', will have to experiment a bit more! Oh and you can also add a bit of cocoa powder in the mixture for chocolate brownies ;)
