RehabWebinars.com just published Michael Mullin’s part 2 webinar on Integrating Postural Restoration Institute Concepts. Part 1 was posted a couple of months ago. This was a great webinar and a great intro into the PRI concepts! If you are interested in PRI (you should be), this is a great way to start learning and applying the concepts. The full training is worth it but time consuming, expensive, and complicated. These webinars will serve as a great intro to get you to understand and start applying PRI, then you can always get formal training when you are ready.
Kevin Wilk has a new DVD coming out on the Current Concepts in Rotator Cuff Injuries. This is similar to his last DVD from 2013 on Current Concepts in Shoulder Instability . As always, Kevin delivers an amazing lecture overviewing everything you want know about the cuff. He is definitely one of the best speakers out there today! The DVD will be available on Monday!

There are two articles that I wanted to share this week on improving your sleep quality, which I believe is a huge component to proper health and fitness. We have all become very good at enhancing performance, the next wave of the future is enhancing recovery.

How to Hack Your Sleep and Improve Your Sleep – Dave Aspry, The Bulletproof Executive, has several articles on enhancing sleep. Dave goes a little outside the box but that is what I like. Sure, there appears to be some commercial interest in some of the recommendations, but I’m fine with that if it works! I am a Bulletproof Coffee addict myself!
