Adorable orange pumpkins showed up in our weekly farmer's box and for most of this week, I've been admiring their festive color and pinching their cute little cheeks. But, as the weekend rolls around and the urge to bake savory treats grows, I'm scouring the web for gluten free pumpkin recipes. I thought I was set on making pumpkin bread, but research has also unearthed pumpkin muffin recipes and a simply decadent recipe for pumpkin cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. What's your vote?
