There are some days when you just don't have the time or the gumption to make an intensive dinner. Enter Trader Joe's and their delicious curry chicken tenders. Pop these babies in a skillet, make some rice in your rice cooker and steam some veggies and dinner is served.
Be sure to look for Trader Joe's symbol on their packaged meats to be sure that no gluten ingredients are used. Would I love to eat their fabulously seasoned Carne Asada? Absolutely. Is it gluten free? Nope. They use their soy sauce in a lot of their marinades, which contains wheat. Note: if you're out there, Trader Joe-what's up with tamari? I would buy a lifetime supply of carne asada if only you used tamari instead of that wheat infused soy sauce.
To avoid any confusion, TJ's also has a gluten free list on their website and in their stores for your reference. I used this list when I first went gluten free and it was an amazing resource during grocery shopping. And these quick and easy chicken tenders are an amazing addition to your go-to gluten free meals.
