First post- a bit about me and a few tips

ok, so this is the recipe I promised. I 'stole' the recipe from Jamie Eason and made a few changes. This is the link to the original recipe--->  jamie eason's carrot cake , and this is my version
80g oat flour
2 scoops gaspari myofusion vanilla (but i guess you can use any protein powder)
1 small jar baby food, carrot flavor ~ 120g
2 egg whites
baking powder
lots of cinnamon
100g 2% fage greek yogurt
3/4 baby food jar warm water

Mix the dry ingredients, add the egg whites, baby food, yogurt and water. Bake at 180 C for 15-20 mins. It is that simple:)
For the entire recipe: 750 kcal, 79g protein, 77.6g carbohydrates, 12.3g fibre, 13.8 g fat.

I ve also tried using pumpkin pure instead of baby food and it came out great, but I had to add a bit of sweetener.

topped with almond butter + cottage cheese + cinnamon--> perfect snack:)

And another quick recipe. This is what I had for lunch today. Fridge was empty, shops were closed so I had to improvise! But it came out great!

Shrimp "risotto"

I cooked some quinoa, defrosted some precooked shrimp. Threw them in a pan, added a bit of soya sauce some low fat cheese et voila

+ some ricotta cheese+ avocado (healthy fats) on the side :)
