Caught up in the Harlem Shake Craze: Runners do the Harlem Shake; Wine drinkers do the Harlem Shake

By now, this kooky Harlem Shake video has gone so viral that it has seeped into every aspect of human life. It is sweeping the nation.
Everybody from NBA teams to the cast of The Simpsons are doing their own spinoff of this silly 30 second dance in which one person wearing a weird mask starts gyrating his hips while his friends just stand around doing everyday normal things. Then 15 seconds later, everybody starts dancing crazily, pelvises thrusting, backsides wiggling all to the hypnotic dance tunes of Baauer – just madness. It’s like everybody is on ecstacy or something. Like I said, everybody is doing it and uploading their own Harlem Shake Video to YouTube.
These college hockey players got suspended because they had too much, uh, shake in their Harlem Shake.
At last count, there were more than 40,000 “Harlem Shake” videos uploaded to YouTube. And this being a blog about running (and wine), I figured I’d present to you the funniest of the videos from the running and wine scene.
