Berry Grateful

This is my 100th post on Breaking up with Bread. And I'm berry grateful to everyone who reads these gluten free musings. Most of all, I'm grateful to feel so healthy after years of bellyaches. And strawberries are in season. Hard to feel even the teeniest bit negative when strawberries are in season. I like to eat strawberries, sliced, in a really big bowl, just like this. I also like them on top of gluten free waffles, meddling with blueberries in vanilla ice cream and hanging out with walnuts in a crisp spring salad. How do you like your strawberries?
