We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I love gluten free oatmeal, scrambled eggs and fresh fruit as gluten free breakfast options, but sometimes, on a Monday morning, you only have time to grab the closest edible object before running out of the door. Before I went gluten free, I used to love Luna bars, which are wheat free, but as I learned the hard way, not gluten free, due to the rolled oats.
There are many good options for gluten free bars, but my favorite has to be the Lara bar. These bars each have 6 ingredients or less and are made from delicious whole foods. The cinnamon roll flavor is my hands down favorite, for the perfect amount of sweet and savory, all in one little bar.
