I'm a sweet hearted woman who recently made some big life changes for the better (Quit smoking, no sugar). I just started doing guided mindful meditation and think I may be getting the hang of it.  I really like politics just started  juicing and love  animals especially dogs & cats :)

Hi Ellie. I hope all is well with you. I haven't been here at Wellsphere for a little while now. Thought I'd say hello to you and wish you well. I have been doing a bit of study this year so haven't been at the gym for a little while. Need to get back on track as far as exercise is concerned. Happy days to you until next time. xo
