I created EnerG coaching, LLC to help individuals who are struggling with health related issues, such as weight loss and maintenance, stress management, becoming physically fit, and life balance. When other options have failed, clients come to me to define their life vision, get in touch with their motivations for change, explore the obstacle to success, and create goal action plans that fit into their unique lifestyles.
