Welcome to the walking community! Walking is the cheapest and safest of all the exercises. You have some pretty walking areas near you, to be sure. Walking fits in well with all your other wellness activities, too. We try and have interesting posts here, but we also welcome your contributions, too! By sharing, we all benefit.
