I may have sustained a Bruised Prostate during sports. How long will this take to heal & will it have any effects on reproducin

the area around my prostate is really sore and feels kind of like a bruise.  Its been 2 days, it hurt when i walked during the first day.  I was wondering if I should get it checked out and if It will affect my ability to reproduce.
